Website and service status

The website is in preparation. Document analysis and order-review forms currently support administrator testing only. There is no public checkout or automatic acceptance of paid translation orders.

Estimates and order review

Preliminary rates vary by selected language pair and are expressed in EUR per counted source word, excluding VAT. Estonian VAT at 24% normally applies to customers in Estonia, including VAT-registered businesses, and to private customers elsewhere in the EU. Eligible business customers in another EU country may receive an invoice without Estonian VAT under reverse charge after their VAT number, business status and place of supply have been verified. Entering a VAT number alone does not remove VAT. Other international cases are assessed individually before the final offer. Scope, specialist terminology, layout, reviewer availability, delivery date and the final total require confirmation. Any change requires the customer’s agreement before payment or work begins.

An Order button submits a request for review; it does not by itself confirm a translation contract or authorise payment. The initial service excludes sworn or certified translations and legal advice. Public service terms, tax details and operational arrangements must be finalised before paid orders open.
